I facilitate events and conversations that help interdisciplinary and multi-institutional teams identify the strongest opportunities, align collaborators, and articulate clear, compelling initiatives that partners and funders want to support.

My work focuses on the starting phase, when teams are exploring ideas and need to converge on a clear direction.
Through strategic retreats, project-design workshops, and facilitated working groups, I help high-potential teams move from early ambiguity to a strong, shared concept that serves as the foundation for proposals, policy guidance, and public-facing communications.
